Apple cider vinegar and varicose veins

So, how is apple cider vinegar and malic acid related? Well, apple cider vinegar is used to help decrease the size of varicose veins, and make them potentially unnoticeable. To get rid of these unsightly veins, you can use either of these three apple cider vinegar and varicose veins home remedies:

One remedy is to soak a towel such apple cider vinegar, and apply it to the affected area. When you are soaking the affected area, remember to keep your feet elevated, and leave the towel on the affected area for roughly thirty minutes. Of course you wont see results right away, but if you do this 2-3 times daily for a while, you should see results after the first month.

The next home remedy is a great one, and involves drinking the apple cider vinegar. This remedy can also be used for weight loss, and to help gout. All you have to do is mix two tablespoons of vinegar in a cup of water, and drink this three times a day. Remember to sip this slowly throughout the day to attain better results. If you don't like the taste of the apple cider vinegar and water, you can also add a bit of honey to alleviate the sour, tart taste.

Another, but slower way to treat varicose veins is to rub apple cider vinegar over the affected area with your hands. Simply pour some into your hands and slowly rub the affected area. To speed up the process, you can also drink the apple cider vinegar and water mixture mentioned above.
