Fish Oil Cystic Acne | How to Get Rid of Your Cystic Acne with Fish Oil

Fish Oil for Cystic Acne:    Many of us have at some point in our lives have looked for the golden "cure" for acne. Many people go to the store, look for man made creams or even sometimes take pills that are suppose to get rid of acne "within 24 hours" or "this is the only way to get rid of acne." Now, some of these things may work, however as usual these medications can cost lots of money. So many people look for alternatives that work just the same or even better. This is where fish oil comes in, fish oil has a special vitamin in it called omega-3, and this has been proven to have many beneficial effects, and one of these appears to be the ability to clear up acne, but more specifically it may even get rid of cystic acne.

Cystic Acne Causes

Cystic acne is the more severer cases of acne. It has the main attributes of other acne such as red heads and black heads, but this is a much more severer and painful form of acne. Most people run into acne in adolescence, when the body is producing more oil that can clog pores and cause the formation of pimples, which may become infected causing cystic acne. Many people try to get rid of these pimples by squeezing them, however this is not a good idea because it may cause them to become more inflamed and painful.

Fish Oil Cystic Acne | Cystic Acne Remedies

Now there are many remedies out there that are thought to hold the key to curing acne, or more specifically cystic acne, one of these cures is, glycolic acid. Cystic Acne is thought to go away with the addition of glycolic acid.  Now glycolic acid can have some side effects, such as extreme peeling, however usually after this is over your face will look fine and the acne gone. Glycolic acid cystic acne is one possibility in the fight against acne however many people are hesitant to use it because of its side effects, so lets look at some of the other possible remedies for cystic acne, however keep in mind glycolic acid cystic acne as one(in the end of this post we will go through the pros and cons of each.)

Salicylic Acid Cystic Acne is another of the possible remedies of cystic acne. This is much like the first acid, glycolic acid. Salicylic acid for cystic acne is pretty potent, it basically dries the acne to a crisp and they magically disappear. If you are thinking about using salicylic acid you may want to ask your doctor as this could have negative effects on your health, this should go with any potentially harmful substance, especially with acids. Many people know salicylic acid is a potential cure for cystic acid however they are hesitant to use it because of the possible side effects, much like glycolic acid again. If you are wondering more about salicylic acid for cystic acne, I would talk to a dermatologist for more details, and he may recommend you take it or not.

Yet another possible cure for cystic acid is benzoyl peroxide for cystic acid. Benzoyl peroxide for cystic acne doesn't work quite like salicylic acid cystic acne or glycolic acid cystic acne, instead benzoyl peroxide is usually found in a facial cleanser sometimes mixed with something else. Usually the doctor will instruct you to take benzoyl peroxide a certain amount of times a day. Using benzoyl peroxide for cystic acid is much like cleaning your face. You will just wash and then rub on the solution and rinse. This is another alternative to those medication that claim to be the miracle solution. Benzoyl peroxide also lacks many of the negative side effects of the acids, it causes your skin to dry but not as much as the acids do and is very easy to use.

So as you can see there are some alternatives to the usually medications that your doctor recommends, two are basically the same. Salicylic acid for cystic acne is very similar to glycolic acid for cystic acne. Both are very effective at clearing up acne however that have some major side effects that may prevent someone from using them. First of both salicylic acid and glycolic acid dry your face up enormously and may cause things to get worse before they get better. However, after things get better your face should be clear and acne free. Another of the possible curing agents for cystic acid is benzoyl peroxide. This is usually mixed in with a facial cleanser, thus making it not as lethal as the two acids, but it still works. The pro of this is that it does not have the major side effects that the other cures have. However there are still some possibilities for curing your cystic acid, if you are not content with the ones mentioned above.

Another possibility for curing cystic acid is apple cider vinegar, this works wonders on cystic acid. Apple cider vinegar is easy to get and extremely easy to put into a diet, all that is needed is to add it into a recipe, or even a drink. Apple cider vinegar has special curing agents that allow it to cure up cystic acid. Another great benefit of apple cider vinegar for cystic acid is that it has virtually no side effects, however you forfeit the quick  clear up for this. This should not be used for a quick clearing up agent, but a way to prevent cystic acne.

The final and my personal favorite way to clear up cystic acne is fish oil for cystic acne. As said before fish oil has omega-3 in it which has been proven to clear away acne. Again fish oil cystic acne is not something that will clear it away withing a day or even a week, however it is beneficial if it is taken as a way to prevent acne from ever popping up again. I prefer fish oil for cystic acne because the omega-3 also has beneficial effects else where in your body.  Some of the notable benefits of fish oil is that it helps with cardiovascular health and even helps out your heart.

So after this post I hope you understand that you don't need those expensive wonderful miracle cures that clear your acne up withing a day (sarcasm.) There are many alternatives to these and you can us my all time favorite fish oil cystic acne!
